Arctic Char has a distinctive flavour, similar to salmon and trout, but closer to trout. The meat is slightly firm but will flake more fine. Arctic Char is high in fat content keeping it moist and can be broiled, grilled and whole fish can be baked or poached. This fish is great for smoking either hot or cold method.
