Easy 2 Ingredient Bacon Wrapped Cod


  • 9-12 slices of bacon
  • 3-4 cod loins
  1. Thaw bacon & cod loins 
  2. Generously and fairly tightly wrap 2-3 slices of bacon around each cod loin in order to completely cover the fish
  3. Place on parchment or foil covered baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 30-40 min or until cod is white, flaky and bacon crisp
  4. Broil on low for about 2-4 min on both sides or until bacon is at the desired crispness
  5. Pack up for your next lunch, enjoy for dinner, or can be frozen for your meal plans.

OPTIONS: Replace cod loins with haddock loins, deboned whitefish or large pickerel fillet
