In a large frying pan, add the olive oil, then add the garlic and cook over medium heat until lightly golden. Add the crushed red pepper and then add the shrimp, stirring gently, until cooked or white throughout, about 4-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the lemon juice and butter and cook over low heat until the butter is melted and coats the shrimp. Spoon the shrimp and sauce into shallow bowls and serve. Garnish with fresh lemon & cilantro or fresh herbs. Try serving with rice or caesar salad and a favourite crusty bread.
