INGREDIENTS:
1 lb cod or preferred fish
1 lb stir fry vegetables
2 tblsp olive oil or butter
1 tsp finely chopped garlic
1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cilantro or dried parsley
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
PREPARATION:
To prepare, use a large deep stove top skillet or frying pan. Heat oil or butter on medium and fry thawed fish. Add half of your spices to fish while cooking. Gently flip and stir. Add vegetables after 3-4 minutes or until fish is not quite thoroughly cooked. Continue to stir and mix gently. Add soy sauce and any more additional spices. Cook until vegetables are at desired texture. Serve with rice or enjoy on its own.
