Garlic Basil Scallops
Ingredients:
- 227g bay scallops
- 2 tblsp butter
- 1 tblsp minced garlic
- 1 tblsp almond flour (optional)
- 3/4 cup fresh basil
- salt & pepper
Directions
Rinse & dry scallops with paper towel. Season with salt, pepper, & flour. Heat frying pan to med high, melt butter and saute garlic for 2-3 min. Add scallops, tossing & stirring to cook evenly for about 5-7 min or until they are slightly brown on the outside and white meat evenly textured on the inside & outside. min. Add as a topping to your favourite fish dinner.
Add this special topping to your pickerel or salmon as shown. Scallops add that seafood flavour to your main dish of fish. Fresh herbs like basil are essential. Enjoy your cooking, as much as your eating!
