Hawaiian Sesame Tuna Poke

Ingredients         Serves 4-6

½ cup Humble & Frank HAWAIIAN SESAME SOY SAUCE & MARINADE
½ cup full-fat canned coconut milk
1 lb sushi grade albacore tuna, diced
2 tsp grated lime zest
½ cup sliced scallions
1 cup cooked edamame beans
¼ cup toasted sesame seeds

Directions

In a small bowl, combine HAWAIIAN SESAME SOY SAUCE and coconut milk. Mix well and pour over diced tuna in a large bowl. Stir in zest, scallions and edamame, cover and refrigerate until ready to eat. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top just before serving.

Equally delicious served over sticky rice with avocado and cucumber or with tortilla chips for an easy appy.
