Crab Dip

What you need:

  • 227g fresh crab meat
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese blend
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 225 g cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

First, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, spices, lemon juice, and worchestershire sauce. Fold in cheese and crab meat. Place in a casserole dish and cook until bubbly, for about 20-25 min. depending on the depth of your dish at 350 degrees. 
 

Great for an appetizer or evening of tv! Practice your dip skills for that special occasion. Try cooling then reheating with a layer of cheese in your favourite crock pot dip dish!
