Hot Crab Dip
Crab Dip
What you need:
- 227g fresh crab meat
- 1 cup of shredded cheese blend
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 225 g cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
First, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, spices, lemon juice, and worchestershire sauce. Fold in cheese and crab meat. Place in a casserole dish and cook until bubbly, for about 20-25 min. depending on the depth of your dish at 350 degrees.Great for an appetizer or evening of tv! Practice your dip skills for that special occasion. Try cooling then reheating with a layer of cheese in your favourite crock pot dip dish!
