Mix spices together in a low dish like a pie pan and set aside. Place mayonnaise in a low bowl as well. Prepare your frying pan by adding half your butter and melt on medium heat. Coat pickerel cheeks with mayonnaise then stir in spices, coating thoroughly. Place directly into frying pan. Add remaining butter. Use tongs to flip ensuring both sides fry for about 5-7 minutes or meat is thoroughly cooked. Serve with tzatziki sauce.
