Sensational Shrimp Alfredo 


  • 1 tblsp salted butter

  • 1 pound raw shrimp

  • 115g cream cheese 

  • ½ cup whole milk

  • 1 cube basil & garlic bouillon mix

  • 1 tsp italiano seasoning

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (either shredded or grated)

  • 1 tsp red peppers (optional)

  • 1 tsp cilantro flakes (optional)

  • ¼ cup spinach, baby kale, or kalettes


  1. In a large skillet, melt butter at medium heat.

  2. Add the shrimp to the skillet, reduce heat to medium low, and cook until very slightly pink and not completely cooked. You will keep cooking the shrimp with the sauce, so be careful not to overcook your shrimp.

  3. Add cream cheese as cubes & pour milk in the skillet with shrimp, increase heat to medium and whisk frequently until there are no lumps.

  4. Add your basil & garlic bouillon cube, salt, and remaining seasonings. Keep whisking and stirring. Reduce heat.

  5. Add your greens and Parmesan cheese. Stir to combine. 

  6. Serve over a bed of leafy greens or pasta.
