INGREDIENTS:
454g wild spot prawn tails
2 tblsp butter
2 tblsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp lemon juice
PREPARATION:
Thaw spot prawn tails in cold water. Pat dry with paper towel. Melt butter in frying pan on medium to medium high. Add prawn tails and then add spices. Mix frequently. Pan fry for 3-4 minutes on each side or until meat is firm. Serve with a salad, steak or on its own with crusty bread.
