Ingredients
- 454g Atlantic salmon
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 tblsp mustard
- 1 tblsp honey

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Place the salmon fillets on an oiled baking sheet and set aside. If you are baking with skin-on salmon, place skin side down.

Combine breadcrumbs, walnuts, mustard, and honey in a food processor until mixed well.
- With a spatula, spread the walnut crust on top of salmon. Bake until golden brown on top and cooked all the way through; about 15-18 minutes.
