Ingredients 454g Atlantic salmon 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 1/2 cup walnuts 1 tblsp mustard 1 tblsp honey Instructions Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Place the salmon fillets on an oiled baking sheet and set aside. If you are baking with skin-on salmon, place skin side down. Combine breadcrumbs, walnuts, mustard, and honey in a food processor until mixed well. With a spatula, spread the walnut crust on top of salmon. Bake until golden brown on top and cooked all the way through; about 15-18 minutes.
